Pentru informarea corectă a publicului şi mai ales a celor care, când vor fi mari, vor dori să se facă CA-işti la BNR, de unde să manevreze ştiinţific rata dobânzii sau cursul de schimb, să precizăm că propunerea domnului Marin a avut, probabil, ca fundament vasta sa experienţă de cercetare ştiinţifică şi remarcabilele aptitudini de muncă în echipă.

Astfel, Dinu Marin a adus formidabile contribuţii cercetării ştiinţifice graţie poziţiei de redactor-şef adjunct la Scânteia Tineretului şi Viaţa Studenţească. A ajuns profesor la ASE după o productivă carieră de … director la Editura Economică, funcţie din care a vegheat la dezvoltarea cv-ului multor cadre didactice. Cu numeroase lucrări la activ (doar nu credeaţi că a stat degeaba la editură!), domnul Marin a intrat în Academie pe singura funcţie care i se potrivea personalităţii sale – cea de profesor universitar.

În ceea ce priveşte lucrul în echipă, Dinu Marin a demonstrat că se poate integra cu succes în orice colectiv, mai ales în domeniul politic, unde a fost senator şi chiar vicepreşedinte al Senatului, PSD.

Acum, mi s-au risipit şi ultimele îndoieli referitoare la competenţa viitorului CA al BNR.
