Și dacă datoria externă va ajunge în 2012 la 70% din PIB?

Ministrul Vlădescu a spus astăzi că “Pe deficitul de 6,8% din PIB convenit cu FMI statul trebuie să împrumute bani noi, fără rostogolirea obligaţiilor curente angajate, de 7,5-8 miliarde euro, ceea ce va urca datoria publică la 36-37% din PIB anul acesta şi la 40% anul viitor”.

E bine de știut.

Tot domnia sa ne informează că în absența austerității bugetare, deficitele bugetare mai mari ar antrena creșterea mai puternică a necesarului de finanțare și, deci, a datoriei publice: 11 miliarde anul acesta și încă 9 miliarde anul viitor. “Astfel, în doi ani am fi avut 20 miliarde euro bani la datoria publică. În doi ani, datoria publică se ducea de la aproximativ 30% din PIB la peste 50% din PIB.

În luna martie guvernul trimitea la Bruxelles Programul de convergență care conținea acest tabel, potrivit căruia datoria publică a României va fi în 2010 de 28,3% din PIB. Am atras atenția încă de atunci că cifrele sunt scoase din pălărie. Și am adăugat că, incluzând banii pe care trebuie să îi returnăm FMI-ului și UE, datoria publică va sălta la 60% din PIB.

Guess what? Datoria României nu va fi 50% din PIB – procent afirmat public, fără austeritate bugetară dar și fără luarea în calcul a împrumutului de la Fond, nu va fi nici 60%, așa cum m-am hazardat eu (se pare, corect, la vremea respectivă), ci mai mult. De ce? Pentru motivul că România va mai încheia încă un acord de împrumut cu FMI. Nu am motive să presupun că economia va ieși din criză: pe de o parte, concedierea bugetarilor fără liberalizare economică va duce la contracția PIB; pe de altă parte, nu este deloc clar la această oră dacă, când și cu cât își vor reveni economiile vest-europene – încercate, vorba președintelui, de “al doilea val de criză”. Așa că mă îndoiesc că România va ieși la promenadă pe piața financiară internațională fără celebra „centură de siguranță”. Deci, ar trebui să punem de pe acum la socoteală vreo 10% din PIB centură de siguranță nou-nouță.

In sfarsit ajunge romania ceea ce era destinata sa fie: cosul de gunoi al europei, tara de lumea a treia dar fara asa zisa spoiala de “civilizatie” datorata anilor 2005-2008.

legat de liberalizarea economiei: chiar am citit de curand un articol in Capital intitulat: “Statul pune bariere de intrare şi pe piaţa arhivarilor privaţi”, in care se povesteste cum statul a intervenit pe piata pentru a “reglementa” arhivarii privati. adica, toate firmele din domeniu trebuie sa treaca pe la niste functionari de la arhivele nationale, sa se asigure fluxuri de documente si proceduri de stocare samd. adica, in loc sa lase piata sa se autoreglementeze, au mai angajat niste birocrati, condusi de un baiat destept de la partid, sa puna ordinea lor.

si aici e un domeniu simplu: firma SC Construct SRL merge la SC Arhivam SRL si ii da documentele de stocat. daca ei nu le arhiveaza bine, prin contract, orice amenda si alt cost de reconstituire a arhivelor suportat de SC Construct SRL se paseaza catre SC Arhivam SRL, cum este normal, ca ei sunt responsabili. dupa cateva astfel de evenimente, respectiva firma pleaca de pe piata si se apuca de altceva. acum, 1. firmele mici pleaca de pe piata ( nu pot face fata costurilor fixe si altele ) asa ca scade concurenta si 2. toate costurile date de certificare/avizare cu birocrati angajati de partid se vor rostogoli catre consumatorul final. si asta este un exemplu minor….

daca se va intampla acest lucru si se va veni cu noi curbe de sacrificiu , introduse fara nici un fel de logica -scazi salariile si pensiile si lasi tva la mancare de 19% egal cu cel pentru tigari alcool si produse de lux, se va ajunge la noi taieri .

Daca o sa lipsesc o vreme sa nu va speriati, am treaba cat pentru toate fondurile de investitii de la noi. Daca e nevoie de ajutor (cisterne cu benzina, saci de grau, pusti, baterii etc), dati un semn si ma gasiti voi cumva.
